Poor Camera

Well, It is official the camera and camcorder have not been found. I've come to terms with the loose. I'm still a little sad about the pictures so Veniece, Jenny and Michelle send me what you have...or what you are willing to share. Having some pictures is better than none.

I guess i better start blogging again. It's been a while since i have written anything. Life is moving along. Nothing interesting has happened and we have no plans for anything interesting. and that is all I have to say about that.

Christmas vacation was a good one. (except for losing the camera....fyi I'll be mentioning that a lot. It still stings.) We left for California on Friday the 19th. Our original plan was to leave after i got off of work and roll into Las Vegas very very late. But then we found out that there was going to be a giant storm from salt lake to st. George. We thought it was in our best interest to leave in the morning and be in front of the storm. Keith was kind enough to let me go. (Thank you) I think we rolled out of here at about 10. Got to Vegas in record time and had no weather problems. it was beautiful.

We spent Saturday the 20th in Vegas because patrick wanted to go to the Las Vegas Bowl. So he and Brice went. Brice enjoyed the game....patrick on the other hand did not. Lindsey and i stayed home and enjoyed our time with the kids. We went to the awe..wait for it...some outlet mall. Because we were traveling we really didn't have a party for Audrey but Brice was nice enough to buy Audrey her own cake. thank you that was sweet. We finished the drive on Sunday. That was a horrible drive. Between Las Vegas and the civilization in california you need to climb a nice sized mountain. I think it is like 80 miles between gas stations. Anyway a woman ran out of gas on the way up the mountain. But since there is construction going on she couldn't pull off the road. I think we traveled like 10 miles in an hour. It was frustrating. We only know about the woman running out of gas because at the top of the mountain there was a construction exit and a cop car was pushing her up the exit ramp while we passed by. i know...right? I hope the cop ticketed her just for being an annoyance.

We went to Disney land on the 23rd. Which was surprisingly not crowded. i think the longest we waited for a ride was 20 minutes. Not bad for Disneyland during the busiest time of the year. I could spend like an hour talking about Disneyland but all you need to know was it was great but grandma had an emergency and we had to leave early. It's okay we are planning on going back so that we can finish out the trip. plus grandma is doing really really great after her knee surgery and actually said that she wants to take Audrey to Disneyland. I'm all for that.

Wow this getting long...i'll finish it up later.

loves
Elizabeth, Patrick and Audrey
