What's been happening part 3

I figure it's time to finish the story that i have started.

A few weeks ago we took Audrey to the Bean Museum at BYU. I will try my best to describe what happened at the museum.

Audrey had a blast. I mean an absolute blast from start to finish. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out she was running around screaming in delight. It was way way way to cute.

Over by the entrance was a display of about 15 animals. And i think we stood in that one spot for about 15 minutes while she looked at every single animal on display. Every time she discovered a new animal she liked, she would giggle with delight and then would want us to join in the discovery by running over and screaming "look daddy, look mommy, a kitty"...all the animals, of course, were either a doggy or a kitty. I do believe for a minute she thought that was the only thing to look at. And then she turned around and saw the entire museum. I can not describe the joy in that little ones face.

We really didn't learn anything interesting about the animals or read any thing cool. The visit consisted of us following Audrey as she ran from display to display looking at all the doggies and kitties. We did lose her at one point when the three of us were looking at an enormous Grizzly Bear. Really, this thing was huge at least 11 feet tall. And we had to split up to find her. Mom eventually found her in another area sitting on a bench taking everything in.

Not too much happened while we were there. We did have a tantrum because Patrick wouldn't let audrey look over the balcony with out being held. Seriously, that little girl would jump over if she had the chance just so that she could experience flight. And then we had another tantrum when it was time to leave. The little thing was having too much fun.

We've been trying to get up to the Zoo so she can see the animals but it just has not worked out. We'll have to try when we get back from Texas.

After that we went to the BYU Museum of Art because Mom thought it would be just a wonderful thing for Audrey. Yeah bad idea. At least at the Bean no one cared if she screamed. It was a little frustrating. But we did see one exhibit that Audrey was really interested in. It was for an artist by the name of Walter Wick. I have to be honest there were some really interesting things. He has a few books I'm thinking it would be fun to get one.

It was a very good day.

Love,
Elizabeth, Patrick and Audrey
