This is the reason I've not bee too active with the blog.
I'm in the broadcasting class and so far we have broadcasted 3 games.I am in charge of tape, packages and replay.
Meaning 3 things. First I make sure the game is being recorded on tape and being captured by a second computer. second, I press play when the director wants a commercial played. Third, I record the game on 2 other tape decks watch for action, rewind and play it back. The wrestling match was our first.
I make is sound easy and that there is not much for me to do. But that's not the case. It's pretty stressful and intense.
Basketball vs Chicago State was second.If you go to about minute 2 you can see some footage of the last game the I had to piece together.
and our third broadcast was a basketball game vs NJIT.In this game at about 2:25 I had to piece together the last game we broadcast and I had to piece together a bit about one of our star players. I'm pretty happy with me edits. :)
Anyway, That is what I have been doing.
